Shopping Basics

  •  No refund /replacement /cancellation of orders placed.
  •  In case of any missing or defective or wrong product received an unboxing video will be a must.
  • The unboxing video should focus the camera on the box/ parcel. The video should be sent to mauveshopindia@gmail.com without any pauses or breaks.
  • We will then closely analyse the video and initiate the needful process.
  •  No complaint will be entertained without the video.

No we do not ship out of India

Payments

Only Online Payments are accepted – Credit/Debit Card, UPI/QR, Google Pay, PhonePe & Net Banking.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Please mail us at mauveshopindia@gmail.com within 24 hours. No proof of delivery will be available after 3 days.

Shipping & Returns

  • We don’t ship outside India.
  • Shipping charges between 50 – 110 rupees depending on the location.
  • We aim to deliver your products in 3-8 days.
  • Shipping time may vary if you’ve placed an order from the Handmade category.
  • Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched in within 2-3 days.
  • Post the parcel dispatch; shipping takes approximately 5-6  business days.

A total of 3 attempts will be made to deliver the order. After 3 unsucessful attempts, the shipment will be marked for Return To Origin (RTO). Please make sure to check your mail for updates from Shiprocket or login to your account on our website for updates on your order. If you have not recieved any call from the delivery executive, contact us at contact@mauveshop.in immidiately.

If your order is initated to RTO and you wish to get it delivered again, please contact us. RTO charges and Delivery charges will be applicable.
